TerraLogic projected the data to the same
coordinate system as all of the other
EFH data, Albers Equal Area projection. 

TerraLogic also subset the original shape file 
to include seamounts within the West Coast EEZ.

Five of these seamounts: San Juan, Davidson,
Gumdrop, Pioneer, and Guide, are mapped at a 
higher level of detail within the EFH geological
habitat layer (geohab_woc).  That leaves
three additional seamounts that supplemented
the existing EFH data: Thompson, President
Jackson and Taney.
